Pro Project Promotions delivers five explosive matchups, each a powder keg of pride, passion, and unresolved rivalries. Trained by boxing’s finest – former world champions like Darren Barker, Enzo Maccarinelli, and James DeGale – these football titans have honed their skills to deliver jaw-dropping showdowns:
David Bentley vs. Jody Morris: The main event is a sizzling North London vs. West London clash. Arsenal and Tottenham’s flamboyant winger David Bentley, known for his audacious flair and pinpoint crosses, steps into the ring with Chelsea’s tenacious midfielder Jody Morris, a street-smart scrapper with a never-say-die spirit. Trained by Kev Mitchell, Bentley’s slick footwork meets Morris’ relentless grit, coached by Darren Barker, in a grudge match to settle a Premier League rivalry that’s been simmering for decades. Expect fireworks as these two trade blows in a battle of style versus substance.
Curtis Davies vs. Paddy Kenny: Defensive titan Curtis Davies, a commanding centre-back with an iron will, trained by Tony Birmingham, faces off against larger-than-life goalkeeper Paddy Kenny, whose bold charisma and fearless antics, honed by Dave Coldwell, promise a heavyweight slugfest. Davies’ unyielding resilience clashes with Kenny’s unpredictable energy in a matchup that could steal the spotlight. This is raw power versus sheer audacity—don’t blink.
Leroy Lita vs. David Noble: Striker Leroy Lita, a clinical finisher with explosive power, mentored by ex-boxer Leon McKenzie, takes on midfielder David Noble, whose technical finesse and cunning, sharpened by Nina Hughes, make him a slippery foe. This classic striker-versus-midfielder duel promises relentless action as Lita’s knockout instincts meet Noble’s calculated precision. Get ready for a heart-racing spectacle.
Lee Trundle vs. Anthony Gardner: Swansea’s flair king Lee Trundle, a dazzling showman with silky skills, guided by Enzo Maccarinelli, faces towering defender Anthony Gardner, whose imposing reach and steel resolve, coached by Mark Barnsley, make him a formidable foe. This David-versus-Goliath clash pits Trundle’s quicksilver moves against Gardner’s raw power in a matchup that’s as thrilling as it is unpredictable.
Greg Halford vs. Marvin Elliott: Versatile utility man Greg Halford, a jack-of-all-trades with unrelenting toughness, trained by John Durham, squares off against hard-hitting midfielder Marvin Elliott, whose ferocious intensity, honed by James DeGale, guarantees chaos. This high-octane bout is a clash of wills, with both men vying for supremacy in a fight that promises non-stop drama.
