VANNEY EARNS 150TH WIN, GALAXY PICK UP THREE POINTS ON THE ROAD

AUSTIN (April 11, 2026) – The LA Galaxy (2-3-2, 8 points) defeated Western Conference foe Austin FC (1-3-3, 6 points) 2–1 at Q2 Stadium in Austin, Texas. Marco Reus set up Maya Yoshida on a first-half corner for the opening goal, and Erik Thommy scored his first goal in a Galaxy jersey to secure the 2-1 victory. Head Coach Greg Vanney earned his 150th career MLS victory, becoming the 8th manager in league history to reach the milestone.

LA – Maya Yoshida (Marco Reus), 34th minute: Reus lofted a high corner to the back post, and Yoshida rose above the defense to head the Galaxy into a 1–0 lead.
