Two days of practice are in the books for the inauguration of the Arlington GP. The track is super-fast and the drivers like the layout. The Race Organizers did grind some concrete bumps out as they were wearing thru the skid plates on some cars. At the end of practice the 27 Andretti car driven by Kyle Kirkwood was fastest with a time of 1:33.1409. Alex Palou was hot on his tale with a time of 1:33.5008. The top 5 are within a second of each other. The only major incident of the weekend was a catering crew that wandered onto the track thinking practice was over. Luckily the cars were nowhere near the folks. We head into Qualifying Shortly. The event is being shown on Fox family of networks.
